Yes. I specialize in HubSpot because depth beats breadth—I know every corner of the platform, every workaround, and every new feature. I am also a Hubspot partner, hence my seat comes at NO cost if you work with me. If you're on Salesforce or another CRM, I'm not the right fit.
Do you only work with companies using Hubspot ?

You could but here’s the difference:
Internal hire: Takes 3 - 6 months to find and they’ll need 4 - 6 months to learn your business. I’m faster and cheaper.
Hubspot Agency: They build what you ask for, then disappear. I diagnose the real issue (if any!), build the solution to ensure your team uses it.
Can’t we just hire internally or use a Hubspot agency ?

This is why the audit and blueprint exist. It tells you exactly what’s broken and what it’s costing you in terms of time, revenue loss, etc. Then you decide if it’s worth fixing it with me.

Over $7,500 yes. You pay 40% upfront, and 60% at completion. For the retainer, monthly invoicing applies.
You own everything that has been set up, as well as training materials if scoped in. Most clients transition to a light retainer because they want ongoing optimization, but there is no obligation.
